John Davies, after studying different classes, came to the conclusion that the quality and depth of learning vary in different subjects. He became interested in these differences and proposed the theory of constructivism. This theory is based on various methods and approaches through which learning structures are formed, emphasizing an active approach in the learning process as a stepping stone for growth. In this research, we examined the project-based approach, particularly its impact on the experimental sciences, using a library-based research method (document analysis), and described our findings in this area. The project-based approach is a systematic approach that is based on organizing projects and focuses on the learner. This approach allows students to learn science through experience. In the science class, students can be presented with various projects so that they can connect new concepts with past knowledge and apply them in new situations. In these experimental science projects, the facilitator and guide play a significant role. Implementing the project-based approach in the curriculum, especially in the teaching of experimental sciences, leads to a deeper understanding of scientific concepts by students and enables them to apply them in the real world.
