The present research was carried out with the aim of investigating the components of reforming the consumption and production pattern in science books of the first secondary school. For this purpose, the method of content analysis with category technique has been used. The statistical population of this research consisted of experimental science books of the first secondary school and the analysis and registration unit of the page. The tool used for the research was a designed checklist of the desired categories, where the number of each category was recorded in three categories including images, text and questions, and for the statistical analysis of the data, descriptive statistics indicators such as frequency and percentage were used in order to Comparison is used. The examined categories include: the trend of consumption with a faster growth than production, consumption with waste and extravagance, unfair consumption, waste of natural resources and production factors, low productivity and inappropriate growth, non-observance of intergenerational justice in the consumption of public resources, waste Public resources in planning and implementing construction projects. The obtained results show that among these 7 components, two components of unfair consumption and waste of public resources have not been paid attention to in the planning and implementation of construction projects, and among the rest of the components, the frequency of the component of natural resource waste and production factors has received the most attention. and the percentage of attention to other components was all below one percent.
